  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with TUARC for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Proof of Purchase: To process your refund, we require a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
  • One-Time Use: Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of a TUARC license.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refunds are not available for renewals, upgrades, or if the product has been activated on multiple devices contrary to the license agreement.
  • No refunds will be issued for any TUARC product purchased from a third-party vendor.
